Privacy and transparency
How this information website works and what it does not collect.
Calculator and checklist
We do not ask for your name, email address, telephone number or home address. The calculator runs in your browser. The quotation checklist stays in your browser until you print or save it; it is not sent to Stairlift Clarity or to a supplier.
Analytics and cookies
This version of the website has no site-operated advertising pixels, visitor tracking scripts or personal-information forms. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process basic technical information such as IP addresses and access logs needed to deliver and protect the website; see Cloudflare's privacy policy ↗. We may update this notice if we add analytics or customer contact tools.
External websites
We link to government information, consumer advice and supplier websites. When you follow a link, that website's own privacy terms apply. The site has no active referral programme and we do not receive commission from the links currently provided.
Future contact enquiries
If we introduce an enquiry service, we will first explain who operates it, how your contact details are used, how long they are kept, and which suppliers, if any, could receive them. No such service is enabled on this website at present.
This policy describes the information-only version prepared on 24 October 2026. All prices are estimates, not offers or professional assessments.
